Roxbury, NJ Tattoo Artist Facing Sex Assault Charges
It appears that Jeffrey Dekmar, who was recently accused by a client of sexual assault, may be facing additional charges in an unrelated sexual assault case. According to the client, she left immediately after being touched inappropriately, which is the right thing to do.
